My parcel was shipped but I didn`t get an update
Your package is on its way to its final destination; regrettably, this process may result in it being turned over to many couriers, countries, and airports that do not give tracking information. When the package arrives in the destination country and is checked and cleared by customs, the tracking number will be updated. Most nations do not update tracking information until the shipment has been checked and cleared by customs, and there may be delays if there are any limitations or quarantine measures in place.
My parcel is showing delivered but I didn`t receive it
If there is no answer at the delivery point, please check with your neighbours or the local post office, as couriers might deliver parcels to alternative locations or the local post office. The courier should also send you a notification stating where the package was delivered.
Is signature required?
Yes, all our parcel require a signature to confirm safe delivery, but due to covid19 restrictions some countries/couriers will use the GPS tracking system fitted to their vehicle to confirm safe delivery of your parcel, and some will take photos of the parcel been delivered to your door. This is in line with internal courier rules to reduce the contact with customers and keep everyone safe
What if my parcel is lost?
We monitor every parcel and always keep in close contact with couriers to check for updates and make sure parcels are not lost. In the unlikely event where parcels get marked at lost in transit, we will remake and reship your order as soon as possible or offer you a full refund for your purchase
